1. Commitment to accessibility

MR.BOT is committed to making its website and digital services accessible to the broadest possible audience, including users with disabilities. We see accessibility as an integral part of a respectful, high-quality service, and we work to embed accessibility into our design, development and ongoing maintenance practices.

Accessibility is implemented in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, its regulations, and the Israeli Standard 5568, based on WCAG 2.0 Level AA.

3. Compliance level

The website targets the Israeli Standard 5568 at Level AA (WCAG 2.0 AA). Some components are fully compliant; others are in an ongoing improvement process under our technical roadmap.

4. Accessibility features

Full keyboard navigation — every link, button and form field can be operated with the keyboard alone, and focus indicators are clearly visible.

Screen-reader support — we use a hierarchical heading structure, descriptive labels, and semantic markup that help screen readers convey structure and content.

Color contrast — colors and typography are selected to preserve readability, with targeted contrast improvements in sensitive areas.

Adjustable text size — the website supports text scaling through standard browser controls without breaking the layout of core pages.

Image descriptions — meaningful images and graphics include alt text so the page can be understood without visual rendering.

5. Known gaps

Some embedded third-party widgets, certain interactive charts and live-media components may still be in the process of accessibility adaptation. We continuously work to close these gaps and improve full conformance.
