Privacy policy

Last updated: 30/04/2026

We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights over it.

⚖️ This English version is provided for convenience only. The legally binding version of these terms is the Hebrew original, reviewed by Israeli counsel. If a discrepancy arises, the Hebrew version prevails.

1. Overview

MR.BOT respects your privacy and the privacy of your customers. The full, legally binding policy is the Hebrew original reviewed by Israeli counsel. This English version describes the substance of the policy for the convenience of non-Hebrew-speaking readers; in case of conflict the Hebrew version prevails.

2. Data we collect

Account data — name, business name, email, phone number, billing address, payment method tokens (we do not store full card numbers).

Usage data — call records, durations, transcripts, conversation summaries and call analytics that you and your bots generate while using the service.

Technical data — IP address, device, browser type, and pages you view, collected via cookies and standard server logs.

3. How we use data

To operate the service (place and answer calls, generate transcripts, build dashboards), to bill you, to provide support, to improve product quality, and to comply with applicable law. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Sub-processors

We use a limited number of vetted sub-processors to deliver core functionality — for example, the carrier that connects your phone calls, the cloud database that stores your data, and the analytics and observability tools we use to keep the service reliable. A current list is available on request.

5. Data retention

Call recordings are retained for the duration listed in your plan (typically 90–365 days). Account and billing data are retained for the longer of the active subscription period or the period required by applicable tax and accounting law.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].

7. International transfers

Our infrastructure is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt region by default). Where data must be transferred to other jurisdictions, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
