Terms of service

Last updated: 30/04/2026

These terms govern your use of MR.BOT. By signing up or otherwise using the service, you agree to them.

⚖️ This English version is provided for convenience only. The legally binding version of these terms is the Hebrew original, reviewed by Israeli counsel. If a discrepancy arises, the Hebrew version prevails.

1. Overview

MR.BOT ("we", "our", "the service") provides an AI voice agent platform for businesses. The full, legally binding terms are written in Hebrew and reviewed by Israeli counsel. This English version describes the key clauses for the convenience of non-Hebrew-speaking readers; in case of conflict the Hebrew version prevails.

2. Eligibility and account

The service is intended for business users. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind the legal entity you sign up on behalf of. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account.

3. Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually in the local currency displayed at checkout. Prices shown on the website are before VAT (Israeli VAT 18% is added at checkout for Israeli customers; international customers are billed in their local currency and tax handling follows the rules of their jurisdiction). Overage minutes, when applicable, are billed at the per-minute rate listed in your plan and added to the next invoice.

We may change pricing with at least thirty (30) days' advance notice. Changes do not apply retroactively to a billing cycle that has already started.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to: (i) place outbound calls that violate applicable telemarketing or do-not-call regulations; (ii) impersonate any person or business; (iii) collect personal information unlawfully or without proper consent; (iv) attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt or overload the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, with or without notice, in our reasonable discretion.

5. Intellectual property

All software, documentation, voice prompts and branding belonging to MR.BOT remain our property. You retain ownership of the call recordings, transcripts and customer data you upload or generate via the service; we process them solely to provide the service to you.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
